Dear Barrie, The two tapes that were most helpful to me in overcoming my addiction to cocaine were “Depression” and “Freedom from Drugs”. I listened to both sides of the Freedom from Drugs tape during the first few months of my recovery. I listened to the subliminal side more often that the self-hypnosis version on that tape.
