If it’s time for testimonials, mine is long overdue. When I suffered with anxiety and depression in my mid-30’s, I found help through doctors and the right medication. But it wasn’t until I added “Peace of Mind” on cassette that I finally made significant improvement. I wore out several tapes and now I have it on CD. Barrie, Before your tape Pre Menstrual Syndrome, I hated my periods. The mood swings, the cravings, the pain! My periods were usually very hard both on my body and my mind. During the first listening of the Self-Hypnosis side, I learned that my periods were not accepted by my family, I was ridiculed, laughed at and many times embarrassed Once I recognized that, I was able to free myself of inner guilt and capable of accepting myself. my last two periods were mood free and virtually pain free! Twentythree years ago I bought my first tape and I am still purchasing 26 years later. The Subliminal persuasion messages do indeed work! I just wanted to give you a testimonial, which I generally don’t give. Used the “Loneliness” CD a fair amount, Track 1 somewhat & Track 2 quite a lot as a sleep cd mostly. Had felt quite lonely for years into decades (single, live alone, non-dater, in my 60’s, etc.) now feel lonely infrequently/rarely—thank you quite a lot, it’s a large relief for me. Loneliness recordings are quite difficult to find (only know of 2), most depend on depression recordings to do the load, which they don’t do for me.  Richard W. , Okawville, IL

Wanted to write and thank you so much for helping me in the last few weeks. My mum passed away and I wasn’t coping with the loss very well. How could I just go on like nothing had happened? The Doctor signed me off for 3 weeks and gave me a website address to help grieving people. I had already been on the website, it had useful information as to how I would be feeling but really I already knew how I was feeling. It was good to know it was normal but not really helpful. They gave no advice. I remembered you guy’s and all the amazing help you provide. I bought 1 CD, Concentration about 8 years ago and because it was so great I just go back to it when I feel the need. I started listening at night to Loss of a Loved One and in the morning I listened to Up From Depression. Oh my goodness, what a difference, it’s like day and night right from the very next day. I am back to work today fully eager to get going. I can laugh, I can smile, I don’t feel guilty or that my life is a waste of time. And I still love and miss my Mum. I can comfort myself and I can comfort others. Thank you Barrie without you I can’t imagine how I would be now and in the years to come. I feel lucky to have found you. I’ve grown old with you Barrie… You, your Cassette tapes, CDs, MP3s have gotten me through, First breakup/divorce (Freedom from Worry) sickness …My mom used you cds until her death, Lower your Blood Pressure. I use that one now. My son Freedom From Depression, I too used that one on more than one occasion. …Your ‘Potentials’ are always there to help in a time of need… Even at the dentist :)…Thank you so much for myself and so many others.. Greetings, Thank you for your response to my letter of gratitude. Of the many tapes that I purchased from Potentials Unlimited my three favorites are, Stopping Smoking, Weight Loss and Lowering Blood Pressure. The following results were accomplished, no cigarettes for nine years, thirty five pound weight loss and a milder medication for my Blood Pressure which is now completely under control. My neighbor borrowed my Stopping Smoking tape, liked it, bought two tapes one for her brother and self. Now there are three of us who are butt free. On the Self Hypnosis tape, Barrie concludes with and your life will be fantastic. That’s why I listen to two tapes daily because my life is fantastic. A lot of people needs your help. Keep it up.
