First I’d like to say I “do” enjoy your tapes and have for eight years now. Also I’d like to say that after repeated failure to conceive, or if so , miscarried, I purchased the tape Conception. While my spouse was at sea, I played the tape no more than 5 times. 2 weeks after my husband arrived home from se I conceived. “And” gave birth to an adorable healthy little boy. Not wanting him to be and “only” child, I tried to conceive again! No go. Well once again my spouse went to sea and I dug out the tape, I played it 2 or 3 times. 4 days after my husband arrived home from sea again, I conceived, I was shocked! By the way, beginning on January 14, I started really listening to The Joy of Exercise every night. A little over 6 weeks later, my body’s reshaped itself. I’ve been on the treadmill almost every day and have worked out on weight machines at least twice a week. For the first time in my 61 years, I really do enjoy the exercise and look forward to it. As a side benefit, I can’t walk across the room without my husband admiring me and saying how proud he is of what I’m doing. I’ve lost several pounds, my legs and posterior have muscles I didn’t know existed, and I’m getting my waist back. Hi Barrie, I have used your tapes before. At different times I have had all the tapes I ordered. I got them at book stores around the country. I have loaned them to friends in the course of my travels. I have had good experiences with the tapes myself. Self discipline is success helped me through recovery from drug addiction. During that period I also used self healing, self hypnosis and concentration. I began seriously practicing martial arts in 1984. I didn’t find the inner dance until ’91 and it helped me to advance. I am more than happy to share in Love and Light what the tape, “I love My Body-Female” has done for me as a person. I did not know if the tape was working and after about the 30th day I noticed strange and exciting things happening. I noticed that when I would look into the mirror, I was not complaining anymore, but instead was feeling more and more feminine and actually talking to my body and face, etc. and being appreciative that I even had one. This led me into a spiritual self awareness of being grateful that I was blessed with all of my fingers, two eyes, etc. A general conscious awareness that I was first of all whole and complete. In the beginning I would throw a negative at myself , I would automatically replace it with three positives immediately. I would recommend this tape to females no matter what age who have been molested as children because it would release them from feeling negative toward a body that in their minds brought them physical harm, etc. The tape showed me how to forgive others and myself, how to throw out the old and make way for the new, never realizing the New could not enter if the old was blocking the door way. The tape was the key that opened the door for me. I recommend this tape to all women in general because My Self-Image, Happiness, Spirituality, Awareness, Contentment, Powerful Self were all trapped and locked inside of My Body and the tension because it could not get out, was physically exhausting me. Everyday, in small ways, which grew like mushrooms into bigger ways, were I would willingly allow myself more and more abundance. The programming is like a Newer Self Image that has moved inside of me when the old self-image was moving out. it whispers You deserve it. You are lovely, You are ok. The other voice that lived inside of me did not care. Great menopause tape… it would help women from going over the edge…no one has a menopause tape on the market. During menopause is when all of the TV commercials, etc. got into my computer and it sort circuited out.
